After learning about target heart rate and cardiovascular exercise, SWBAT engage in conversational exchanges and express ideas by asking and answering yes-no and wh- questions and responding using simple phrases.
CONTENT OBJECTIVE
After learning about cardiovascular endurance exercise and how to take a pulse, SWBAT explain the benefits of exercising at an optimal heart rate (in the zone).
